Author Biography
Ted Pugh is a freelance, investigative photo-journalist. Although now formally retired, he continues to pursue stories that interest him. Born in the UK, he served with its Army Intelligence Corps in Germany and Northern Ireland in the early ’70s, returning to civilian life after three-years to pursue a freelance photo-journalism career (supported by numerous occupations) to indulge his innate curiosity. “One of the best ways to fund an investigative piece is to obtain a lucrative post with your target,” he explains. “And, if you don’t have a particular target in mind: seek a position that involves a great deal of travelling – and carry your photographic gear in the boot at all times. “Never stop paying attention; never stop learning; and, most importantly, never stop pursuing the truth…”
