In 2014, Jaime Vendera appeared on a television show in Tokyo, Japan to perform his world-renowned, glass-shattering feat. During filming, a small sliver of glass exploded into the back of Jaime’s throat resulting in severe vocal nerve damage. Opting against surgery, Jaime sought out other alternatives, which lead to the discovery of the DoctorVOX device, created by Dr. Ilter Denizoglu.
